Everyone, this is a public service announcement about Brooke Webber. If you are ever in need of advice with regard to parking legality, DO NOT ASK BROOKE. COVER YOUR EARS AND RUN AWAY! She will give you FALSE INFORMATION that will end up costing you roughly THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS. And then you will have to kill her. If you see this person:
