And then spread it in a skillet and poach a couple of eggs in it (crack eggs, cover, simmer 5 minutes). Eat these on a thick piece of toasted bread. I'm not kidding around here. You need to make the sauce. It is good for your soul. And if that's not going to do it for you, then make these brownies and knock back three of four before collapsing in a sugar induced coma that will keep your troubles from ever touching you.

I actually did make it for my dinner night, from your original posting with rice. I added salt and accidentally dumped a bunch in, I couldn't stick around to taste it, but my roomates said they added eggs to it and when I had the leftovers it was still pretty good.
